Terms of Use
Family Pathways is a free educational decision-support tool from QuanPathways, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and for personal, family, advising, or nonprofit educational purposes.
What the Tool Provides
The Family Pathway Map compares several post-high-school options using the answers you provide. Results are meant to support conversation and planning. They are not admissions advice, financial advice, legal advice, military recruiting advice, mental health advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Important Limitations
Family Pathways does not replace qualified educational, career, financial, legal, medical, or military guidance. Before making a binding decision, families should verify costs, admissions requirements, aid eligibility, employment prospects, program quality, service obligations, and transfer rules with the relevant institution, agency, employer, or qualified advisor.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter and the decisions you make. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use Family Pathways to market schools, loans, recruiting programs, or services to families without permission.
Optional Paid Services
Some features may include an optional paid Blueprint or other written report. Any paid offer will describe the price and what is included before purchase. Payments, when enabled, are handled by third-party payment processors, and refund or fulfillment questions can be sent to support.
Independence
No college, lender, recruiter, military branch, trade school, or training program may pay to influence a Family Pathway Map result. If QuanPathways later publishes sponsored research, grants, partnerships, or referral relationships, those relationships should not change an individual Map recommendation.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms as the MVP evolves. Continued use of Family Pathways after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@quanpathways.com.
